About The Artist

Hi, I am Megan Smith and I am a third year media design student. I started doing digital design my senior year of high school. I have mainly worked with photoshop and illustrator. This really sparked my interest in design. I won a district-wide competition for my t-shirt design that was printed out for the science fair. Last year I took a software design class where we briefly went over many adobe applications. I would have liked to go over fewer applications in depth because I dont remember how to use most of them that well.

 

I love art and how creative you can be. I think music is a great way to express yourself and it shows uniqueness. Traveling is inspiring to me seeing the beauty of nature of different places. I hope in the future I can travel to more countries because I have only been to Mexico.  l like doing crafts like diamond art and making bracelets out of can tabs. I am looking forward to improving my design skills because this class seems very fun and I want to be innovative, in addition I cant wait to collaborate with classmates.
