Zine Brainstorm

Seeing all the examples from past zines was really interesting seeing peoples creativity from past classes. I think the concept of a zine is really cool. I like how its kinda like a mini book with art in it. I thought that the activity we did in class was fun. I liked collaborating with classmates. My idea for a zine would be band themed. I want to take images of my favorite bands and make them a little more abstract and make them look really neat. For example adding more colors and some more shapes. In high school a lot of my themes were music based. I also like art that looks more abstract like a lot of Pearl Jam's poster designs. I might go to Pinterest for some inspiration. Im also going to do a google search of zines to see what more authentic zines look like.
